MP4/B5 MINI GRINDING SYSTEM

The MP4/B5 is designed for food waste only and features a Master B-5 Food Grinder, MP4 Mini Press and a SOM-A-TROL control panel with pushbutton station. The grinder can be mounted in a trough, table or sink. This compact design is easy to install and will fit in most scrapping areas, existing or new. The MP4/B5 can even fit completely under a table to maximize space.

HOW DO MINI GRINDING SYSTEMS WORK?

Food waste enters the grinder where it mixes with water and is ground into a slurry comprised of approximately 95% liquid and 5% solids.
The slurry is gravity fed to the MP4 Hydra-Extractor for dewatering.
Once the water is extracted, the semi-dry pulp is discharged into a container for disposal.
The extracted water is diverted to the sanitary drain or an optional returm pump recirculates the water through a small trough nozzle.
